The following data may be collected:

• Name or pseudonym
• Email address
• Playing level / mental performance index / mental self-assessments
• Usage data (IP address, browser, access time)
• Training progress and results
• Personality and motivation profile (self-assessments)
• Text you enter in the AI instant help (processed only, not stored)

Processing takes place for the purpose of:

• Providing the analysis and training content
• Personalizing your training path
• Measuring progress
• Scientific evaluation (anonymized)
• Improving our offering
• Communicating with you

Your data is not sold to third parties.

Data is only disclosed if:

• you have given explicit consent
• this is necessary to fulfill a contract (e.g. payment provider)
• there is a legal obligation to do so
• you have joined a team - in that case the trainers of that team gain access to your analysis results and training data

If you join a team via an invitation code, the trainers of that team can view your mental analysis (all 10 dimensions, overall score and its history), your exercise progress and the notes on your assignments. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give when joining. You may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by leaving the team - the trainers then lose access to your data. Other members of the team receive no access to your individual scores.

The personality profile (Big Five) and the motivation profile are not part of this team consent: the coaches of your teams only see these results if you explicitly share them in the respective module (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without sharing, only you can see them. You can withdraw sharing at any time in the result or in your profile; this takes effect immediately, including for results already saved. For minors, the consent of a legal guardian is also required.

Your data is stored only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

You can request the deletion of your profile and your data at any time.

You have the right at any time to:

• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent
• Lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority
