Terms of use for the HandballMind platform
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Sportsmind GbR, Edith-Stein-Straße 2, 68753 Waghäusel (hereinafter "Provider") and the user (hereinafter "Customer") regarding the use of the HandballMind platform and its associated services.
By registering or using the services, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of Services
The Provider offers a digital platform for mental handball training. The offering includes in particular:
- Psychological self-analysis and mental profiling
- Personalized training plans and exercises
- Knowledge library with scientifically grounded articles
- Instant-help feature for acute in-game situations
- Progress tracking and re-assessments
The exact scope of features depends on the selected subscription.
3. Prices and Payment
Current prices can be viewed on the website. All prices include statutory VAT.
Payment is processed via the payment provider Stripe. By completing a paid subscription, the Customer grants authorization for recurring payments.
For annual payment, the full annual amount is due in advance.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Money-Back Guarantee
The Customer has a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. Withdrawal can be declared informally by email to info@sport-mind.de.
We additionally offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days after completing your subscription, we will refund the full amount without giving reasons.
5. Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled effective at the end of the term.
Cancellation can be done via the profile settings in the app or by email to info@sport-mind.de.
After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
6. Liability
The platform's content is intended for self-optimization in a sports-psychological context and does not constitute therapeutic or medical advice.
The Provider is not liable for the accuracy of analysis results or the success of training, as these depend on individual factors.
The Provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
